Congratulations to Shawn on a summary judgment win in Alachua County! Shawn successfully argued on behalf of American Integrity that Plaintiffs failed to provide notice of an ACV dispute and could not provide any evidence of a genuine dispute as to the payments issued by the carrier and cost of repair. Shawn established that American Integrity could not have breached the contract, and the Plaintiff's suit was dismissed with prejudice.
