Sanctions Awarded in Jackson and Santa Rosa Counties

ABD Partners, Jacqueline Alastra and Hazel Turner, are celebrating back to back wins for American Integrity Insurance Company. Both successfully argued that the carrier was owed sanctions as a result of defending frivolous lawsuits filed by Dry Guys Restoration. Courts in Jackson County and Santa Rosa County had previously dismissed the suits for failing to comply with Fla. Stat. 627.7152(2)(a).
