Mr. Kielich is a partner in the Tampa office of ABD, where he handles personal injury protection, bodily injury liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist, and fraud disputes throughout the State of Florida. Prior to joining ABD, Mr. Kielich spent nearly seven years at a high-volume civil litigation law firm handling personal injury protection, bodily injury liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist, wrongful death, medical payments subrogation, and insurance coverage disputes, as well as pre-suit and general civil litigation matters.  He began his legal career serving as a Trial Court Staff Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida, conducting legal research and providing legal opinions for the criminal court judges of the Sixth Judicial Circuit.

While attending law school part-time at Stetson University College of Law, Mr. Kielich worked as a Dependency Case Manager and subsequently a Dependency Case Management Supervisor, working to meet the needs of abused and neglected children in Hillsborough County, work which he continues by providing pro bono legal representation to teens and young adults in the Hillsborough County Dependency and Dependency/Delinquency Crossover courts.  During law school, Mr. Kielich was awarded the Victor O. Wehle Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy, and also worked as a law clerk for a high profile criminal defense firm in St. Petersburg, Florida.  A native of New York State, Mr. Kielich has resided in the Tampa Bay area for the last 25 years, where he enjoys spending time with his family and enjoying the Florida outdoors.

Community and Professional Activities:

Mr. Kielich has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 2012, and is a past member of the Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Litigation American Inn of Court and the Barney Masterson American Inn of Court.

Mr. Kielich is also a volunteer with Crossroads for Florida Kids, providing pro bono representation to underserved youth in Hillsborough County, and has been a recipient of the 13th Judicial Circuit Pro Bono Service Award from 2016-2020.
