Neesha Maharaj Mauskar

Mrs. Mauskar is an associate attorney in the Miami office of ABD, where she litigates Personal Injury Protection disputes. Prior to joining ABD as an associate, Mrs. Mauskar worked as a paralegal for ABD for 8 years. Prior to that, as a paralegal for a Florida insurance defense firm specializing in first party litigation. While attending the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University, Mrs. Mauskar interned for Broward County’s Environmental Protection and Growth Management Department.
