Todd Liebesfeld

Mr. Liebesfeld, a successful litigation and contractual attorney for 24 plus years, primarily works out of our Orlando office, where he handles general liability and automobile liability, including bodily injury, uninsured (UM) and underinsured motorist (UIM), insurance fraud, case analysis, vehicle/ motor vehicle event data recorder (MVEDR) inspections & analysis, sworn and unsworn statements, review incident and expert reports and pre-suit issues.

In his previous experience, Todd has a background in complex civil litigation, handling matters involving premises liability, security liability, controlled burns, mass torts, product liability, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, personal injury protection (PIP), rental vehicle liability, deceptive/unfair trade practices, contracts, civil fraud, lien / debt collection litigation.

Todd is the father of three beautiful children that he is very proud of.  He has been involved in various community events and believes it is important to pay it forward.

Community and Professional Activities:

Todd is a member of the Bars for Florida, New York, The District of Columbia Bar, The United States Supreme Court and was formerly a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.  He was also an alumnus of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Todd had attained NASD/SEC Series 7, 63 licenses (formerly). He also authored/co-authored books and articles.

Education:

Todd is a native of New York City where he completed all of his education, including obtaining a Bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Stony Brook and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
