Maxwell Erd

Mr. Erd is an associate in the Orlando office of ABD.  His current practice is devoted to first party property disputes throughout the state of Florida. His precise analysis and detailed litigation strategies have resulted in favorable dismissals, summary judgments, and positive settlements on behalf of his clients. Mr. Erd has represented carriers for claims related to windstorm, hail, water intrusion, fire, theft, pests, collapse, and mold. Prior to joining ABD, Mr. Erd represented individuals, associations, and business in actions against their insurance carrier. Having litigated both for homeowners and insurance companies throughout his career has provided Mr. Erd with a unique understanding of first party suits.

Mr. Erd is a member of the Florida Bar Association and admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.

Education:

Mr. Erd obtained his undergraduate from the University of Central Florida and law degree from Nova Southeastern University.
