Ms. Dort is a partner in the Orlando office of ABD, where she focuses her practice on representing clients in Personal Injury Protection disputes throughout the state of Florida. She has obtained countless favorable results for her clients through summary judgments, dismissals, and settlements. Prior to joining ABD, Ms. Dort worked as an associate at a large general practice law firm where she represented clients in bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings. She also served as the managing consultation attorney assisting in the oversight of the high volume intake department while meeting with numerous clients each day to determine best course of action ranging from a variety of issues such as personal injury, family law, financial, and criminal. Prior to that, Ms. Dort worked as an associate for a Florida-based corporate and insurance defense law firm, where she assisted in defending clients in both premises liability and automobile and trucking negligence matters.
Ms. Dort received a full softball scholarship in college, as well as the Bright Futures Scholarship, and was recognized as an academic all American. During law school, she was a member of the Pro Bono Honors Program, where she volunteered at Three Rivers Legal Services.
