Ms. Brock is a partner in the Miami office of ABD. She is an experienced litigator who has a reputation for innovative legal arguments. Ms. Brock has extensive experience handling large scale fraud projects against medical clinics, plaintiffs, and doctors, involving staged accident rings, CPT coding fraud, and clinic licensing issues. She also specializes in counter claims and third party suits against clinics. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Brock gained significant experience and insight working in-house for a major insurance carrier, where she also conducted several seminars and speaking engagements for claims adjusters regarding statutory changes. Ms. Brock also has previous experience handling cases in complex construction defects, premises liability, first party property claims, and insurance coverage/bad faith litigation.

Ms. Brock is member of The Florida Bar Association and Native American Bar Association. She is also a Kappa Delta Sorority Alumna.
