Mr. Andrews oversees the Tampa office of ABD. He attended Stetson University College of Law where he was a former member of Stetson's nationally ranked Trial Team and Client Skills Board. He was a former Assistant Public Defender with the Ninth Judicial Circuit before focusing on civil litigation. Mr. Andrews has over ten years of litigation experience covering a wide range of legal issues. He has handled thousands of Personal Injury Protection claims throughout the State of Florida and has successfully argued all aspects of Florida No-Fault Law. Mr. Andrews has been responsible for obtaining favorable rulings on Florida No Fault issues of first impression and he has had many published orders addressing Personal Injury Protection issues, including rulings from the Fifth District Court of Appeals. Mr. Andrews has also been recognized as part of Florida Trend's 2016 Florida Legal Elite as voted on by his peers.
