Ms. Davis is a partner in the Miami office of ABD. Her primary practice area is insurance defense, with an emphasis on Personal Injury Protection cases. Ms. Davis has personally litigated over 5,000 cases in South Florida and has had multiple successful results at trial. She oversees the firm's fraud and special investigative cases and has argued hundreds of dispositive motions on various Personal Injury Protection issues. With over 16 years of experience in the areas of civil litigation and insurance defense, Ms. Davis often assists carriers with issues related to statutory construction and implementation, as well as general legal strategies.

Mrs. Davis is a member of The Florida Bar and the Dade County Bar Association. Ms. Davis also serves as a Placement Mentor for the Florida State University College of Law.
