Mr. Polsky is a partner in the Miami office of ABD and has more than eleven years of experience as a litigation attorney. Mr. Polsky has litigated over 2,500 Personal Injury Protection cases throughout Florida and has achieved multiple successful results at trial. He has taken hundreds of depositions of physicians, claimants and medical personnel, and has consistently adapted to frequent changes in both the legislative and judicial aspects of the Personal Injury Protection law. Currently, Mr. Polsky's practice consists of managing and supervising the firm's attorneys throughout the state, while maintaining an active case load primarily throughout Miami, Broward and Palm Beach counties. Mr. Polsky also has experience handling legal matters in the field of business and sport management and maintains a high level of respect within the legal community.

Mr. Polsky is a member of The Florida Bar and the New York Bar. He has also been a member of the Broward County Bar Association and Sports Lawyers’ Association and is a Civil Law Notary Public.
