Mr. Biernacki is the managing partner for ABD. His practice consists of managing and supervising the firm's attorneys throughout the state, while maintaining a small, active caseload. He has over 21 years of experience throughout Florida in the areas of civil litigation and insurance defense. Mr. Biernacki's practice focuses on the defense of first party claims, and he has litigated well over a 5,000 personal injury protection cases with excellent results. Specifically, he has obtained hundreds of dismissals, prevailed on countless summary judgments, and taken numerous cases to trial. He also has several reported cases that are relied upon by attorneys when arguing summary judgments and other dispositive motions. Mr. Biernacki has personally taken and defended thousands of depositions and makes himself available 24 hours a day to cater to his clients' needs. He is also rated AV-preeminent by Martindale- Hubbell and has been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star.

Community and Professional Activities:

Mr. Biernacki is a member of The Florida Bar and Orange County Bar Associations, and admitted to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida. He is also a member of the Rare Disease Advisory Council, a position he has held since being appointed by the Speaker of the Florida House of Representatives in July 2022.
