Ms. Kircher is an attorney in the Tampa office of ABD, where she handles personal injury protection disputes throughout the State of Florida.Before joining ABD, Ms. Kircher was the Managing Partner of an insurance defense firm working for major carriers in PIP and homeowner’s claims. Responsible for all aspects of insurance litigation, Ms. Kircher primarily spent her time defending depositions, appearing for hearings before the Court, conducting Examinations Under Oath, and conferencing with clients.

Ms. Kircher practiced for over ten years in criminal litigation and achieved the recognition of Board Certification, as a Criminal Trial Expert. Ms. Kircher represented the State of Florida Office of the Attorney General in Capital Litigation, where she successfully argued before the Florida Supreme Court against Florida’s most serious offenders. Ms. Kircher authored briefs to the United States Supreme Court, and argued in the Federal Circuit.  She is also named in several high-profile Florida Supreme Court opinions. Prior to that, Ms. Kircher was a Senior Assistant State Attorney in the Felony Trial division where she prosecuted over thirty trials, including highly technical cases such as arson, sexual offenses against children, and attempted murder. Ms. Kircher is aslo rated AV – Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell.

During law school, Ms. Kircher was a member of the Mock Trial Team where she competed and was named Most Valuable Advocate and achieved the Book Award for Advanced Legal Writing. As an undergraduate, she worked full-time managing a cosmetics company while serving as House Manager with the Southern Scholarship Foundation.
