Mr. Rensch is an associate attorney in the Orlando office of ABD, where he focuses his current practice on the defense of various Personal Injury Protection claims throughout Florida.  He is an experienced civil and insurance defense litigator, having represented many of the industry’s largest private insurance companies, several large corporations who are self-insured and the third-party administrators who manage claims for those organizations, and a number of owners of small and medium sized Florida businesses.  Throughout his career, Mr. Rensch has handled a diverse spectrum of cases, including auto, premises, and products liability, construction defect, negligent security, general liability, subrogation, wage claims, pregnancy and sexual discrimination, breach of contract, trademark infringement, and PIP and first-party property work.   His qualifications encompass all phases of case management, from pre-suit claim investigation through trial, with relevant experience at the county, state, and federal levels.  Having worked with such a wide variety of clients, Mr. Rensch recognized early on the value of not only efficiency in bringing about a desired outcome, but also the importance of building relationships with those clients along the way, and brings a similar mindset to his insurance defense practice at ABD.
