Mr. Love-Lane is an associate attorney in the Orlando office of ABD, where he handles Personal Injury Protection disputes. He has previous litigation experience in worker’s compensation, premises liability, and nursing home defense, in addition to PIP. Mr. Love-Lane also previously served as the managing attorney for an insurance defense firm where he managed and supervised other attorneys, while maintaining an active caseload. He has personally litigated thousands of cases, on behalf of a number of insurers, throughout State of Florida in which he has secured numerous dismissals, favorable rulings and positive outcomes for his clients. Mr. Love-Lane has also aided in the investigation of fraudulent claims via Examinations Under Oath and conducted a number of client seminars/presentations regarding prevalent issues in insurance defense litigation.

Mr. Love-Lane is a member of the Florida Bar Association and admitted to practice in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
