Mr. Miller is an associate attorney in the Tampa office of ABD, where he handles property insurance disputes. Prior to joining ABD, Mr. Miller worked as a professional mediator in the State of Texas, as an Assistant Public Defender in Manatee County, Florida, and in private practice representing clients in construction defect litigation. Mr. Miller gained valuable trial experience as an Assistant Public Defender and worked on a wide variety of cases in his various roles in the legal system. He has helped defend lottery winners, charter schools, and medical professionals from malpractice claims. He has also helped numerous veterans appeal their decisions from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Miller is also veteran himself of the United States Marine Corps, he is fluent in Spanish and Swedish, and has lived on four continents.
Community and Professional Activities:
Mr. Miller is licensed to practice in all state courts in Florida, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Miller is a member of the Florida Bar Association, has provided pro bono services with the Tampa Hispanic Bar Association and helped establish the medical-legal partnership program at the Bay Pines VA.
