Mr. Fregeolle is an associate attorney in the Miami office of ABD, where he focuses his practice on representing clients in Personal Injury Protection disputes. Mr. Fregeolle conducts examinations under oath and depositions, attends hearings, provides detailed analyses, and drafts motions and pleadings. Before joining ABD, he worked as an associate attorney for a large insurance defense firm where he obtained numerous dismissals and favorable results. He also excelled at drafting dispositive motions on the various issues of PIP litigation, such as material misrepresentation, exhaustion of benefits, fee schedule language, coverage, failure to attend examinations under oath, and licensing.
