Mr. Ramos is a partner in the Orlando office of ABD. His current practice is devoted to insurance defense litigation throughout the state of Florida. His precise analysis and detailed litigation strategies have resulted in favorable dismissals, summary judgments, and positive settlements on behalf of his clients. Prior to joining ABD, Mr. Ramos maintained a diversified practice in the areas of family law, criminal defense, foreclosure, commercial litigation, premises liability, and real estate matters. Mr. Ramos has represented individuals, contractors, entrepreneurs, banks, insurance companies, and various business professionals throughout all stages of litigation, including trial.
Mr. Ramos obtained both his undergraduate and law degree from the University of Florida and is a proud “Double Gator”. During law school, he served as vice-president of the UF Trial Team and was on the executive board of the UF Law College Council.
Community and Professional Activities:
Mr. Ramos is member of The Florida Bar Association, Florida Citrus Sports, and the Central Florida Gator Club. Mr. Ramos is also a sponsor and member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida.
