Ms. Turner is a partner in the Tampa office of ABD and focuses her practice on first party property disputes. Over the last nine years, she has worked extensively on first party property cases, including hurricane, water, pipe, fire, wind, theft and sinkhole losses, often with a focus on SIU/fraud. Prior to joining ABD, Ms. Turner was a partner in a statewide law firm defending numerous insurers across Florida. Ms. Turner has presented at a number of conferences on insurance related issues and is licensed with the Florida Department of Financial Services to teach continuing education to claims professionals.
Ms. Turner earned her Bachelor of Laws with honors from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom and graduated with her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. During her time at Stetson, Ms. Turner was a faculty appointed member of the Honors Program and an internationally awarded member of the William C. Vis International Commercial Moot Arbitration team in Hong Kong.

Ms. Turner is a member of The Florida Bar Association and admitted to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
