Dayana A. Echeverry
Ms. Echeverry is an associate attorney in the Tampa office of ABD, where she primarily handles property insurance disputes. She has extensive experience defending homeowners claims, including mold remediation, water mitigation, fraud, arson, and termites. Ms. Echeverry also has experience handling personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls. She attended Western Michigan Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she was a member of the Law Review Board of Directors and various Moot Court National Teams.
