Shawn Haggerty

Mr. Haggerty is an associate attorney in the Tampa office of ABD, where he handles property insurance disputes.  Prior to joining ABD, Mr. Haggerty spent over 5 years representing both insureds and insurance companies in a wide range of areas, including property damage, bodily injury liability, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, contract disputes, and bad faith.  He has handled hundreds of cases with a track record of obtaining consistent, favorable results for his clients.  Mr. Haggerty is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts throughout Florida, as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Community and Professional Activities:

Mr. Haggerty is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.  He is a former board member of the Ybor City Museum Society.
