Christina M. Alvarez
Ms. Alvarez is an associate attorney in the Tampa office of ABD. Her current practice is devoted to Personal Injury Protection litigation in Central Florida. Ms. Alvarez’s litigation strategies have resulted in many dismissals, summary judgment rulings, and favorable settlements on behalf of her clients. Prior to joining ABD, Ms. Alvarez gained experience defending insurance claims as in-house counsel for a major insurance carrier. Ms. Alvarez also handled bodily injury and premises liability cases as an intern and associate at a small personal injury firm. While attending Nova Southeastern University, Ms. Alvarez served as the Executive Justice of Teams for the Moot Court Society, and competed at the national Pace University Environmental Law Competition in New York.
Community and Professional Activities:
Ms. Alvarez is a member of The Florida Bar Association and active in the South Florida community. She has volunteered with Radio Lollipop at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, and supports Dachshund Rescue of South Florida in the organization’s annual events and fundraising campaigns.
